Search for an FOI
The Freedom of Information (FoI) Act recognises that as a member of the public, you have the right to know how public services such as the NHS are organised and run; how much they cost; and how you can make complaints if you need to.
You have the right to know which services are being provided; the targets that are being set; the standards of services that are expected; and the results achieved.
If some or all of the information you request cannot be provided, we will give you the reason for this. There are some exemptions which Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group has to take into account before deciding if the information that we hold can be released.
Please note: where possible we will not charge for this information however, there may be some occasions where charges are necessary. Where information is provided at a cost the charges will be calculated as set out in Section 9 of the FoI Act.
Making a request
All FoI requests are managed by the Corporate Services team at NHS Liverpool CCG.
To ensure the CCG is as open and transparent as we can be, we have a publication scheme whereby we publish all previous FoI requests that we have received. In the first instance, please take the time to look at this publication scheme as it is possible we may have already responded to a similar request in the past.
You can search for previous FoI’s in the box above. For example if you are looking for an FoI around on our fertility policy, try searching for 'IVF, Fertility, FoI' or if you are looking for past financial accounts try searching for 'finance, FoI, accounts, 2015'. Alternatively, you can browse through the past FoI section of this website here.
If you are unable to find an answer to your FoI via our publication scheme, you can request access to our information by sending an email or writing to:
