Healthwatch survey on NHS ten year plan

09 Apr 2019

The NHS has produced a ten-year plan, setting out all of the things it wants health services to do better for people across the country.

With growing pressure on the NHS – people living longer, more people living with long-term conditions, and lifestyle choices affecting people’s health – changes are needed to make sure everybody gets the support they need.

Healthwatch Liverpool, the local champion for people who use health and care services in Liverpool, want to hear from you.

What do you think those changes to NHS services should look like here in Liverpool?

  • How would you help people live healthier lives?
  • What would you do to improve local health services in Liverpool?
  • How would you make it easier for people to take control of their own health and wellbeing?

Sarah Thwaites, Chief Officer at Healthwatch Liverpool said: “Here at Healthwatch Liverpool we think it's really important that people's views are at the heart of decision making. We want to be able to tell the people who plan health services in Merseyside what is most important to people living here.”
